Step 1 - Get in Touch

I'll be in touch (within 48 hours) with further information about the assessment process and how you can book a strategy and planning session (via Zoom) with me.
Step 2 - Strategy & Planning Session
Using your assessment results, I'll help you figure out your goals, get you motivated, discuss effective strategies and provide a plan (not a diet!) you can follow to get results.
If you would like my support to put the plan into action and overcome the habits and challenges that have held you back before, we'll talk about the options I offer for ongoing support through my coaching program.
I coach women both privately on a 1:2:1 basis and in a group program. The best option for you will depend on your goals and challenges.
Step 3 - A New Beginning
Once you've joined - I'll get you set up with the guidance and tools we'll use to ensure you feel empowered, motivated and in control of your body, health & weight.
I'll support you with regular coaching calls to help you overcome your obstacles and continuously progress toward your goals.
Step 4 - Celebrate Your Results
A few weeks in, you'll feel better and see your body shape change. You can expect to sustainably lose between 1lb - 2lb of fat each week. I'll be keeping you accountable, motivated and celebrating your success with you!
